Live 54321+10 Countdown to Your Health is a complete nutrition and wellness program for elementary students that incorporates the messages of the six things kids can do every day to stay healthy through an easy to remember countdown:

• 1 hour of physical activity
• 10 hours of sleep
Adaptable classroom lessons allow educators freedom in planning to fit individual needs with five 15-minute activities for each countdown theme that can be used independently or in succession. Lessons also include theme overviews and parent letters to help support the countdown messages at home.
