The bulletin board kit includes suggestions for boosting the nutrition of boxed pasta meals, muffin and pancake mix, taco dinner kits, pasta sauce, canned soups, and more. An additional emphasis is placed on healthy cooking habits such as removing sodium and fat, adding flavor without adding salt, and seeking out whole grains whenever possible.
Two 5-1/2” x 17” title header pieces (becomes 5-1/2” x 34”) and a variety of informative cards included. All pieces laminated for durability. Sized to fit a 3’ x 4’ bulletin board (not included). Can be easily adapted to fit any size bulletin board.
