  1. How do I place an order?
    We accept orders online and by phone, mail, or email. Learn how to place an order here.

  2. Where do I find an order form?

  3. Does Visualz accept purchase orders?
    Yes, we do accept purchase orders. The easiest way is to fax your purchase order to 507-455-3380 or email it to customercare@getvisualz.com. Some customers like to enter it online to get the correct pricing and shipping charges before they create a purchase order.

    Please note that if you place the order online, we still require a copy of the original purchase order before we process your order. Once your purchase order paperwork is received, your order will be shipped. An invoice will then be mailed with net 30 terms to the billing address provided on your purchase order.

  4. How do I get a quote?
    To request a quote, fill out the "request a quote" form. We will receive it via email and respond within 24 hours.

  5. Is Visualz on my school's vendor or bid list?
    Check with the purchasing department of your school or organization. If we aren’t currently an approved vendor, e-mail us at sales@getvisualz.com and we’ll start the process to become one.

  6. Do you charge sales tax?
    Visualz is required to collect sales tax in 32 states and Canada. If you are exempt from sales tax, you will be able to enter your tax exempt information when setting up your online account.

  7. How do I set up an online account?
    Select "Log In" at the top, right-hand side of your screen. This will take you through the steps to create your online account.

  8. How do I get a coupon code?
    We offer coupon codes in a variety of ways. The easiest way is to sign up for our email announcements. (You can do this in the footer of any web page.) Coupon codes are often included in these emails. You can also visit us at one of our conferences.

  9. Where can I get a W9?

  10. What are your shipping rates?

  11. What should I do if my credit card is declined?
    Contact your credit card provider.

  12. If I place an order, when will I receive it?
    We ship most orders within 24 hours. You can get a more accurate delivery date by calling Customer Care at 888-455-7003 (US only) or 507-455-9076.

  13. What is your return/exchange policy?

  14. Do your DVDs or videos have Public Performance Rights (PPR)?
    DVDs purchased from Visualz can be shown an unlimited amount of times in a classroom setting or other learning environment. The downloadable teaching materials can be duplicated for classroom use. DVDs are not reproducible and cannot be put on a video on demand server for multiple users to access at the same time without additional cost. Please contact our customer service department for more information on the additional cost.
