Our Returns & Exchanges Policy:
Posters, PowerPoints and Digital Downloads are non-returnable. Please preview/evaulate all products within 30 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with your products, please return your item(s) within 30 days along with a copy of the packing slip or invoice and this form. Please take care when packaging your items for return as we are unable to issue credit for items received damaged or items that are not resalable.

Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus the shipping and handling charges.
Exchanges: Wasn't quite what you were looking for? We're happy to exchange for another item.

Damaged & Missing Merchandise
Visualz orders are carefully packed in our shipping department. Unfortunately, there are times when merchandise is damaged or missing during shipment. If your package arrived damaged, please keep all packaging material and contents and contact customer service at 1-888-455-7003 (US Only) as soon as possible.
Please preview any DVDs in the player that you will be using in your classroom. If you experience problems viewing the DVD, please try other players to rule out compatibility issues.
